Dude is one of my favorite musicians of all-time so needless to say I’m amped about this upcoming documentary on him. Apparently, it debuted out in Austin during SXSW but I missed it. Bill was the soul of music with his smooth macho vocals, funky basslines and timeless melodies, just his name alone get my head to nodding. I could make a classic hiphop album using nothing but his samples and over my career I probably have. Mad props and much respect due to Mr.Bill, he will always be the truth were soul music lives breathes and resides.
