Given his criteria, Run DMC (Any of the 1st 3 LP’s could be acceptable), Beastie Boys “Licensed To Ill”, Eric B. & Rakim “Paid In Full”, Vanilla Ice “To The Extreme”, MC Hammer “Please Hammer Don’t Hurt ‘Em”, Dr. Dre’s “The Chronic Album” and Notorious B.I.G, “Ready To Die” all deserve mention as well for forever changing the direction, business and industry of Rap/Hip Hop forever with each subsequent release. I don’t see “Asleep In The Bread Aisle” having anywhere near the impact of ANY of these aforementioned projects, good or bad. Sorry, Steve!
