Sidebar: Though the poster says May 2009, Miss Info got the scoop that the book was dropping the same day as Rick’s album. The date is also confirmed in the recent Village Voice. Deeper Than Rap is in stores now, folks.

Officer Ricky’s album was pushed back a month to April 24th and then they had to move it up a couple of days because it leaked to the net. I guess books get pushed back too. Nothing ever comes out when they say it will. And they wonder why albums don’t sale that well anymore.
They tell everyone its coming out on a certain date and then it gets pushed back a few times. People are tired of taking time out of their day to go spend their money and they have to find out that it had been pushed back to a later day. These labels would do better, in most cases, if they just released it when they originally say they will. Stop fuckin around
