Good grief, at this rate you’d think a record label was overseeing the burial. According to CNN, MJ’s funeral service has been changed from his birthday to September 3rd. His final resting place remains at Glendale Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

What better way to cap off the week than with another installment of Jay Rock’s month of madness. They do it for hip-hop. You do it for a check. I do it for both.

Don’t get it twisted. Pity is way worse than hate. Here the Talk of New York expresses some remorse over G-Unit’s estranged solider, Young Buck.

“Shout to Young Buck,” Yayo said standing in the G-Unit offices earlier this week. “I wish you was with us, getting some money, living the life.”

Has Yayo’s stance actually softened towards Buck after all this time? His response to the Cashville rapper’s recent words on cyberspace was, “When I see it, I feel a little sorry for him, because he could be taking the same advantages I’m taking.”

“Buck, I think he’s at a point where financially, I don’t think he got it, homie,” Tony explained. “What are you doing? I don’t see him anywhere. Even when you don’t see me, Yayo’s in Peru getting a nice check with 50. You can call it whatever you wanna call it; I’m still buying cars, Louis glasses, Porsches. If Buck was around, he would still have these outlets available to him.”

Miss Info broke this about a month ago, but one of the coolest things about the upcoming “DJ Hero” video game is the inclusion of Jazzy Jeff. With all due respect to Kid Capri, Jeff is my favorite behind the two turntables. And I can’t front, the game looks interesting and Mr. Townes is a helluva salesman. I’m in.

I went in on this song on Twitter the first time I heard it. And, let’s just say, I’m still not a fan of it. But it does appear to work better in the context of LeBron James’ upcoming documentary, More Than A Game. But if I was MJB, I’d re-name my album and leave this song here. It’s not too late, Kendu.
