50-cent-clown

Last night, Curtis made a surprise phone call to the Gomez Brothers on Shade 45. He mentions that BISD has been pushed up to November 16th and isn’t too concerned about the leak. He also weighs in on the Jay and Beanie debacle and understands Bean’s frustration.

when is 50 gonna get shawn carters balls out of his mouth? this i want to know.

  2. dumb dumb says:

Kris, the ignorance in your statement is befuddling. Lets see how it goes down

interviewer: What about Beans and Jay Z

    Curtis: speaks on it

The interviewer knows just like everyone knows that curtis doesn’t bite his tongue. He has a few select words he uses to stay on message i.e. actual, space, harsh realities, aggressive content ect… but to say he’s on Jay Z balls is your love affair with Jew Z.

  3. blain m says:

fif the dude!! interviews are always worth the listen

  4. fif stay winnin even when he lose. bet beanie sign wit da unit when da smoke clears.

  5. AtlanticC says:

50: “Jay hasnt competed since he lost to Nas”. haha.

and how the fuck has he got jay balls in his mouth?

anyway Before I Self Destruct in stores nov 16 even the haters are praising it. no lie.

    peace!

  6. BJ says:

I love 50′s mentality because he really wants to be King lol. He says Jay never competes with anyone but isn’t your album competition? What do rap battles solve? Nothing these days anyway. When you go against people beneath you, you bring them to your level. That’s from the Art of War. People don’t remember Jay took 50 on tour with him when 50 was hot at the start of his career. Didn’t Jay help 50 with his Reebok deal too? Remember this when you’re the top guy in any sport, every beneath you is trying to break your neck. They say 50 takes care of Banks and Yayo, but let’s be real aren’t they just his hypemen? It’s the same thing Jay does with Bleek. I’m sure Beans doesn’t want to be a hype man. He’d want to perform his songs on all of Jay’s tours. Banks and Yayo have dropped like one album each on G-Unit Records. A true artist would want to put out more records than that. And when Beans got out of jail didn’t Jay set Beans up with the opportunity by letting him put out an album? Didn’t Beans put out that record with Jay’s then foe, R Kelly as the lead single pretty much killing that buzz. Wasn’t Jay on that album? How is this disloyalty because you keep fucking up your own. Rap is only the strong survive. Why is it every rapper can’t do an interview without talking about Jay Z? It’s just like the NBA, no player can do an interview without talking about Kobe or MJ. The best is what they all aspire to be. Wayne dropped no ceilings and he used two of Jay’s beats. You have to beat the best to be the best. By any means necessary it seems. When you’re on top, it’s you against every one else including your teammates. There is only one MVP in the league. Every one is an opponent.

  7. dumb dumb says:

    BJ,

A wall of text signifying nothing. When he says compete I think its obvious he’s talking about battling on the mic period. No Jay Z didn’t get him no deal with Reebok, Reebok sought him out and no Jay didn’t take him on tour the sponsors wanted 50 and paid him handsomely for his appearance. Just like Birdman said, Jay isn’t the best rapper or mc, their are a thousand dudes out that can spit much better than Jay Z.

What qualifies him as the best? because you like him? subjective opinion doesn’t qualify as fact, moreover a majority opinion doesn’t qualify as fact. I think he’s a good rapper, but he bends over backwards for Jews and white people and he bends over his black bretheren with no vaseline.

  8. kingill89 says:

50 is the most enetertaining rapper like i dont even have to read the headline if it is a 50 cent interview im listening to that shit becuz he always say some shit that i never paid attention to like Ja Rule did sound horrible in that song and that 1250 well 625 a piece aint shit with the hotel fees

Call him whatever but this nigga is entertaining the shit he be saying be hella funny

  9. Atron says:

yo very true bout the Kobe thing homie

  10. mjj says:

Yo niggas just got to understand that 50 cent is the biggest and baddest mc period….

    1) No one and I mean no one have sold more records than he has since 2003….He Has sold more gutter street music than anyone in rap history…

    2) 50 cent is the only rapper in the world who gets love across the globe….His only comparison for sales and the people love is his mentor

    3) No rapper have better interviews hands down..No one …he can say what he wants because he know these pussy ass rappers wont do nothing

    4) No one have ever started a group who ever artist sold million of records and have had hit records across the board…Yayo, buck, game, Banks..all millionaires …now one is a junkie and one is a queer..you figure it out

    5) His niggas stay paid…They wilkl always stay paid..because 50 cent will stay paid…

  11. mjj says:

Sidebar- Before I Self Destruct will be the best album of 2009…..You would be a delusional hater to think otherwise

  12. HOV' STAN says:

I thought this clown said he could care less about Jay and Kanye..Curtis you really a whore !!

  13. paychexx says:

50 follows his own book….i will be makin the purchase

he got the 48 laws of power and the art of war mastered.

i mean beans is right, 50 goes hard for his crew other than wu tang nobody else does that, triple c’s dont count….

  14. BJ says:

Dumb dumb is a true 50 fan, I respect that. You should play Baby by Me really loud all day long. BISD will be a good album but Rae still has the best album of the year.

  15. VerseCutta says:

50 is right, especially when he says how jay does his business, jay just care about him, like a true devil does. so yea, technically the devil way is the best business way.
but coming from the street, you would think jay has some code of honor for his ppl or something.
jay out for dolo, dont expect him to ever push one of his artist hard.

any real dude, gotta respect 50 for what he does, like beans said, yayo and banks is richer than most of the rappers out. this dude was flying to PA everymonth to see his uncle locked up,
jay couldnt visit beans once, how dirty is that, damn, not 1 time? you too good to visit him ONCE?
thats crazy, how can anyone respect jay as a man for that. but i guess thats why jay crossing over, now he dont have show any honor,he just a regular snake in the business world now.

  16. BK says:

    50 is KING !!!!!!!!

  17. WOW! says:

50 is letting the internet gas his as up!!!!! You 50 stans better tell that man the truth….FLOP!!!!!!!

  18. K.S says:

50 has seletive memory is it me or was he meant 2 retire because he LOST 2 KANYE!!!!

  19. dumb dumb says:

Not a 50 fan just a fan of the facts BJ, when you spout off bull shit you should be called on it. Before Rapradar deleted the 50 leak thread, I was on record in stating I heard it and thought it was a dud. I’m allergic to bull shit so BJ please stay away my allergies are high

  20. blain m says:

    k.s its you….. 50 sold more then kanye WORLDWIDE…

  21. mjj says:

retire for what ..he drop 2 classic mixtapes…he is the biggest rapper worldwide…and bisd and the movie and the jmj turntables dvd is going to be the best package any rapper have every gave his fans….

    BISD is a sure classic

  22. Yeah says:

mjj get 50′s dick out your mouth. Neither of his mixtapes were classics, nor were they even two of the years best. BISD is not a sure classic, 50 does decent but the production was pretty average, and its not even top 5 this year. 50 is not the only rapper who gets love across the world, Kanye is very popular overseas, Jay-Z is too, and didn’t Game have a tour in Africa? From the trailer that was released BISD the movie is probably gonna be garbage, just like 50′s other movie. 50 fans are as bad as Wayne fans, 50 has had a couple really good tapes, and a good album; but lets be honest, he’s not a very good rapper, and the only reasons he’s gonna be remembered are cause he sold a ton of albums and his antics, not because of his skill

  23. Consignment says:

I feel where 50 comin’ from, but this interview is hella biased and should be listed as an advertisement, because that’s what it is.

Rick Ross identity theft shit is hilarious!!!

  24. mothafucking jerome says:

50 the hardest rappers in the game, dick riding gomez show

  25. Yardie_ute says:

Fifty should focus on his career and leave that of Half a billionaires.
I heard BISD and i was not impressed to the say the least.
50 hasn’t matured and I have, So my mature ears cannot take that gangsta bullshit anymore especially when it’s no longer authentic to the rapper.
    And I am 22
I’m in a empire state of mind right now and I not even from NY. I’m inspired man,
the motivation for me, is them telling me what I coudn’t be.
A lot of real music go over afro-american heads cos ya’ll on some dumb shit.
Tupac has a whole bunch of classic songs that will live on forever, “keep your head up, Dear momma, Brenda’s just a little girl, Changes, and the list goes on and on. When you think of Jay you got fucking, Can’t knock the hustle, can I live, Feeling it, dead presidents, Hard knock life, You must love me, Empire state of mind and the list goes on.
When you think of 50 you got fucking in da club and candy shop lol Dudes GTFOH.
Sure he getting money but what the fuck that got to do with you,
All i care about is the music man, the music.

  26. Yardie_ute says:

Sorry, that;s Brenda got a baby, and momma’s just a little girl

  27. CHARLIE D says:

I GUESS THEY GOT TO SUCK 50′S DICK ON AIR BECAUSE THEY WORK FOR HIM.
    ANNOYING

  28. THATSTUFF says:

    @ YARDIE
    100 PERCENT CO-SIGN.

  29. teejay says:

    @yardie

how to rob, life’s on the line, in da club, p.i.m.p., back down, many men, piggy bank, candy shop, i get money etc etc

50 has plenty of classics. And i didn’t include his soon to be classics on his new record. So of course pac has more classics he had 6 full albums, one was a double album. Not saying 50 is better than pac by any means, but 50 does have his fair share of classics.

  30. Ty says:

These niggaz are dick ridin’ hard on fifty dam

  31. raul says:

    bj said sum good thans

  32. Yardie_ute says:

“how to rob, life’s on the line, in da club, p.i.m.p., back down, many men, piggy bank, candy shop, i get money etc etc, 50 has plenty of classics.”

    @teejay LMAO HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAH Teejay GTFOH
LMAO, yow I haven’t laughed so hard all day. This is the funniest thing I ever heard in rap history. Lol

Teejay You are second dumbest blogger I have ever read, How old are you,
9, 10,12, 13, 14 Your moms need to monitor your computer usage, you on a site talking with people who be listening rap 4eva, and mentioning them song as classics, candy shop dude LMAO, In da club,

ask someone what’s the definition of a rap classic.
LOL, teejay you a funny dude, is either you very young or very suburban white,

  33. cease says:

i co sign BJ…dumb dumb you sound like your name when you ask questions like what makes Jay the best. Jay has proved himself time and again in business, in music, in battles and so on. He’s the best alive. im a fan of 50 minus his bullshit and his antics. when it boils down to it i respect the music and thats about it. i dont have to worry about jay wearing wigs in skits and talking about other rappers’ buzz in every other interview. i was in highschool when reasonable doubt dropped, and as ive matured ive watched jay’s growth as an MC as well. Ive watched his subject matter evolve, and his message become more pristine. He’s the truth and Im glad that I can count on Jay to release records still because the state of hip hop is so so sad. There’s not much more to say to dudes. BJ summed it up perfectly. I used to be a 50 fan , and if he can come with some heat w/ BISD then let the music speak for itself, but otherwise its gimmicks and bullshit. Its weird how people are scared to grow up, dudes like staying stuck on stupid. Whatever

  34. teejay says:

I have never seen someone say so many words yet say so little. It would almost be impressive if it weren’t so sad. Especially since you had your feelings hurt so much by a 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 year old to write a four paragraph response.

Now to respond to what little you have said. The only thing you have said about my post is that you disagree with candy shop being a classic. And while i’ll give you its not a good song, it had very significant commercial success and when listing big 50 cent songs, you can’t leave it off the list.

I would respond more if you actually said more other than making random insults because you got your feelings hurt that someone disagreed with you on the internet/I can barely understand what you typed because you type like a 11 year old girl. Who’s the 9, 10,12, 13, 14 year old again?

  35. dumb dumb says:

Some people on this site like this 22 year old don’t understand the word subjective. Your classics don’t equal his classics its a matter of opinion. I’m probably twice your age and seen them all a classic is only a classic too you, it doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks. You’re 22 and talking about classics, the jokes on you, you have to be told what a classic is, because you too young to have lived through the genre. Just another case of a young kid with revisionist history. Lets see in 99 you were 12, in 2004 you were what? 17 the info was spoon feed to you by some journalist with a bias and we know they have them. Since the internet has exposed a lot of the bloggers as agenda driven groupies.

    BJ

Your basketball analogy is an apples to oranges comparison, becuase of this one simple fact, Kobe and MJ competed whether or not they were the best they still had to put up or shut up. They didn’t rely on the opinion of others to tell them they are great, the proved it to their peers night in and night out.

  36. dumb dumb says:

Cease, he’s not the best too me at all his music is elementary as the rest of them, their is nothing special about his rap style. He is a good rapper among other good rappers their is no pecking order for me.

I like songs from all of them but a hierarchy doesn’t fit into my paradigm, and I don’t buy into the bravado and the marketing schemes of artist and their lap dogs bloggers and friendly journalist who are more fans than objective critics.

  37. ayoooooooo says:

why does this website have jays balls in their mouth?

  38. Yardie_ute says:

Ok Dumb Dumb, So I guess if You and Teejay wanna say Soulja boy’s “Turn ma swag on” is a classic, then who am I who have been listening to rap since i can remember to say, ya’ll are wrong it’s subjective anyway and its also based on commercial success.
    GTFOH,
50 cent has no classics, None of the songs teejay mentioned can be considered a classic.

If you almost twice my age and you think 50 is a better MC than Jay, then you like 50 you haven’t matured at all.
    You a dumb old fuck

  39. HOV' STAN says:

    @ayoooooooooooo
if this so and you hate jay z so much why you here for in the first place you punk motherfucker

  40. dumb dumb says:

Ad Hominem attacks shows that you are easily controlled. I don’t rate rappers see my earlier post, it doesn’t fit into my paradigm, that’s media marketing driven bs. I like songs, 50 has made great songs, Jay has made great songs. You ever heard of Bob Dylan? he’s not a great singer but he makes great songs, is he considered great because he can’t out sing anyone in the traditional since of let’s say Sam Cooke or Luther Vandross. His content is different and offers me something different that I like as well.

Another thing I don’t get, what is this argument about maturing in music? I’m a grown man with a degree and a healthy income. I’m not some young kid trying to find his way in the world. I like the Incredibles movie as well as scarface. I don’t let anyone pick and chose for me. Right now I’m listening to Andrea Bocelli “Viaggio Italiano” and I’ll follow that up with some Led. My music taste doesn’t have to mature for the simple fact i like what I like, not what you think I should like.

  41. teejay says:

Now yardie has just moved into straight ignorance. No classics? Not liking 50 is one thing, but to deny In Da Club as a classic is just wrong. That song brought back gangsta rap to the forefront, and was the biggest single of 2003. Just because you don’t like an artist doesn’t mean you can deny their impact. I don’t like the Beatles but to deny their impact on modern music is just ignorant.

And there you go assuming things again, i think soulja boy is garbage. Really you must be more autistic than gucci mane, how the fuck does liking 50 cent mean you like soulja boy?

Yardie, you’re a moron. All you can do is throw insults without backing up what you say in the least.

  42. Nathaniel says:

jay didnt say he “gave” beans all that stuff. he was just saying “look at the resources and the opportunities he had, and the buzz/popularity. he was in position…and look what he did with it. that’s my fault? nah….”

i don’t agree with that “visiting him in prison” argument. nigga thats what family is for, to stick by you no matter how much your dumb ass blows opportunities. and at some point, family gotta get off that “i’ma support u no matter what” and change into “i’ma support you as long as you’re doing productive, positive things…but i don’t support bullshit”

lastly, u can’t compare banks and yayo to beans. them niggas are like 50′s assistants. he pays them like employees and they call him “boss”. jay doesn’t have that kind of relationship with niggas. he forces you to take your own success into your hands. if you can’t cut it…well…you can’t cut it. find a new hustle.

  43. Bucky Love says:

Jay-Z is obviously bigger than hip-hop
    he’s in a different space

There Are Only 4 Hip-Hop Heavyweights And 3 Actually Rap meaning on the forbes anually
    JAY-Z
    50
    DIDDY

So If Anyone Can Identify with hov its def 50 but hes always had a love hate relationship with hov stemming from how to rob all the way to the freeway deal for free at last.

However you have to understand when you’re in a certain place you just dont fuck with people anymore. Ever since hov has been hanging with the lyors and chris martins (Not DJ PREMIER) and acting jewish with his money and screaming “Rich niggas black bar mitzvahs mazel tov its a celebration bitches La Heim”

he doesnt socialize with “hood niggas” like beanie hell hove doesnt even fuck with bleek like that anymore

50 did the same thing with bang em smurf

is say that to say this you cant get mad at the dude for evolving
but we have seen him sever ties with

    Foxy
    Sauce Money
    Ty-Ty
    Jaz-O
    DMX
    Ja Rule

“Its A Secret Society All We Ask Is Trust”

  44. Bucky Love says:

P.S. THE Most Financially Successful Artist Over Seas This Year Was Akon

  45. dumb dumb says:

Bucky Love, I know you mean well, but your bigger than hip hop was part of a magazine article and it has taken a life of its own. This is what I mean by media driven bs. A periodical chooses a controversial title and it gets repeated as if it is fact, which it is not. Right now Jay is having his run as he changes up his image. Was Michael bigger than “pop” was Elvis bigger than “rock” no they were not and no daily, weekly or periodical tried to shove that down your throat to enforce your physce. Pop was in Michaels’ DNA, Rock was in Elives’ DNA eventhough they were considered larger than life and both were astronomically larger than Jay Z, easy to say in another stratosphere.

Jay is the rapper that everyone is loving this year, live long enough and you will know exactly what Ice Cube said and it has been true ever since.

  46. Bucky Love says:

    @ Dumb Dumb

To Me Jay-Z Is Bigger Than Hip-Hop
Not To Jock XXL But My Own Opinion, I am Not A Media Slave Nor Do I Follow Trends
What I Mean Is Hip-Hop Is Still A “Young Genre” Meaning It’s Not Respected As Other Genres Maybe and Something You Can Grow Out Of Hip-Hop Fans Dont Take Care Of The Artists
So For Jay-Z To Surpass Elivs an Artist Who Took Advantage Of Black Music And Be On The Heels Of The Beatles Is Saying Something Thus “Bigger Than Hip-Hop”

Think About It Jay-Z Still Can Go Gold In A Week

But In Rock and Other Genres You Have Madonna, Rolling Stones, U2, Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen

Those Are Musicians WIth Huge Followings More Than 20 Years Deep And Still Can Sell A Million Copies And Sell Out Stadiums And Get Live Nation

On The Other Hand LL COOL J a legend has struggled to go gold with his last LP’s
Hip-Hop Doesnt Take Care Of Their Artists And Its Sad You’ll Never Hear A Current Rock Group a la a Linkin Park calling Areosmith Old And Forcing Them Out The Game And It Falls On The
Heavily but Hip-hop Fans Are Younger And Younger and Don’t Know What Lyricism Is So We Have Inflation of All These Rappers With No Identify and Are Sucessful off a single rather than a body of work or career

So Dumb Dumb Sorry To Dissapoint

“But Dont Analyze Mine I Spend Too Much Time”

The Situation With Jay-Z and Rap Is A Reflection Of The African-American Mentality
Blacks generally dont like to see other blacks succeed its been that way since slavery where you have fair skin african-americans work in better conditions than those of a darker complexion its all fact so i say that to say this Jay-Z is Bigger Than Hip-Hop what other 40 Year Old Rapper You Know Is On A Major Label And Still Has A Strong Following

IVE SEEN RAKIM GET DROPPED FROM AFTERMATH
AND DEF JAM SHIT ON LL (THANKS HOV)

SO dumb dumb you’re dead wrong

  47. Bucky Love says:

    JAY-Z

    SOLD OUT MSG
HAS BEEN ON OPRAH WHEN SHE CLEARLY HATES RAPPERS
MET WITH AND HAS PERSONAL CONVOS WITH A U.S. PRESIDENT
BILL MAHER SHOW SPEAKING ON INTELLECTUAL TOPICS
MADE DAMN NEAR 600 MILLION DOLLARS
BASICALLY CAN persuade the biggest NBA STAR RIGHT NOW TO GO TO ANOTHER TEAM

“This is what I mean by media driven bs. A periodical chooses a controversial title and it gets repeated as if it is fact, which it is not.”

This is all fact And Has NOTHING TO DO WITH RAP SO DUMB DUMB YOU’RE WRONG

  48. dumb dumb says:

That statement was given too you and you drew your conclusion based on your like for the artist. No he is not bigger than hip hop. If his album wasn’t well received and he didn’t hitch his wagon to RiRi, Kanye and Alicia Keys which was very smart, no one would care. American Gangster came out just a short few years ago and no one was saying he’s bigger than hip hop why is that? the album was luke warm and it was heavily marketed with budweiser, but no one was feeling it, and it died on the vine. Right now the New York song is being driven by Alicia, her hook is more memorable than anything Jay is saying on record the same goes for run this town RiRi gives that record life. Jays rhymes are forgettable on those records.

Like Ice Cube said their will be a new “N” next year.

  49. ioy says:

niggas saying BISD is album of the year need to find their damn selves.
