Charity auctions are great, but wouldn’t it be greater if these shoes were donated to those in lower-income brackets or third-world countries?

Okay, I was wrong. His memorial wasn’t created for the sole purpose of preserving his life but to help others cope with drug addiction. That’s a worthy cause.

He would have wanted his mom to perserve them? For what? That’s silly.
I’m sure he’d rather have them go to funds for his charity at least that serves a purpose. Seems like a good idea.
