It’s that time of the year again. With just 4 days left in 2009, Skillz raps up the most memorable moments of the last 365 days. Radio rip for now. CDQ in a few.
After listening to this “Rap Up” thing, I did a little research and saw he does this every year. I must say homie does it pretty well. This was a sad year for hip hop though. The only “hip-hop” songs that made it top 10 was flo gayrida and shitbull. Man wtf am I sayin? That’s not even close to being considered hip-hop. And don’t get me started on hov. He only made top 10 because of Alicia Keys and Rihannas vocals on Empire State of Mind and Run This Town. Homie don’t front. Jay tried releasing a single with him by himself and look how it ended up? D.O.A? Nigga B.O.A.S (Boosting Auto-tune Sales) And let the firestorm begin.
Damn i remember the first time he did this shit. had EVERYBODY talkin about that shit the whole next year and became a tradition ever since!
