If I was a gangster rapper who got shot during a robbery, I would say that the robber was actuallly sent to kill me (if I am important enough to have someone sent to kill me, then I am important indeed), but was too scared of me to follow-through. And I would say “I’m fine” but make sure to emphasize the severity of each injury so that it would be even more clear just how tough I was. Then I would likely rap about it in the future, as it would go nicely with my raps about how all of my enemies are weaklings who can’t do their job right, especially compared to myself. I would think that I might be able to profit off of this tragic incident quite nicely very soon
