Excuse Tarantino’s jibber jabber, but for the final performance of the night, Weezy and Marshall closed the show with “Drop The World”. Then with Travis Barker still on drums, Drake joined the duo for “Forever”. Damn your bleeps FCC. Where are you Yeezy?!

    Eminem was definitely lip-syncing. Terrible. Its funny when anything Eminem gets posted. His stans go fucking crazy and catch feelings soooo bad. Someone gonna catch feelings that I’m pointing this out lol. No matter what he does apparently, its “dope”. Fuck outta here. Shit was trash.

    This whole performance was wretched from the introduction to the weird daps at the end.

    Fuck the Grammys in general. Most out of touch award show in America. These muhfuckas must be run by the same people behind the Kids Choice Awards.

  2. Chipped Tooth Condition says:

    someone hit Jamie foxx up to upload that shit he got in his flipcam

  3. Nathaniel says:

    @PITRI

    lol i’m saying, scrappy. 38 of these comments are on some “OMG EM KILT THAT SHIT HES THE GREATEST EVVEEEEEER” <—–feelings caught, if you wanna really talk about "catching feelings". but in any case that shit don't apply to me.

    and when i say pissed i don't mean the pissed u get if a nigga smacks you. i mean "displeased" with that performance, as well as the threads heralding of a performance from em that wasn't even a performance. no passes over here. any other rapper would be villified for it, em ain't beyond the L column.

  4. Mad says:

    Dan stay mad as fuck

  5. Nathaniel says:

    @Dan.

    thank you. em’s dope…dope as fuck. which is why this shit is even wacker. but i ain’t giving the nigga a pass. nope.

    he fails.

    Hey fuckboy retard, you can say that in one post.

  12. Roy says:

    Em didn’t lip sync. Don’t hate. I usually agree with you Nathaniel, but I watched that shit from my 30 something inch hd tv. Homie did NOT lip sync. Go look at his old performances. He ALWAYS sounds the same live. He doesn’t mess with his vocals in the studio. By the off chance he does they sound like the beginning of his verse on Drop The World which he was lip syncing. Either that or just singing along with it.

    Regardless, believe what you want. Anyone that has followed Em throughout his career knows he’s not just a talented MC but a talented performer. Get it straight.

  14. Dan says:

    last name , FAIL.

  15. Nathaniel says:

    @ITSWHATISAID

    nah…i don’t think rappers should ever do that shit. or yell. they otta learn their verses and practice it enough to be able to perform it on stage and it still sound right. master of ceremony shit, it starts on stage….

    studio ass rappers. disgusting. its mad rappers who are lyrical as fuck that spit their shit live. cats just got comfortable and lazy punching in in the studio and letting sound engineers touch their shit up.

    i saw Jay-Z do every track on Reasonable Doubt (for instance) from Regrets to Can’t Knock the Hustle @ nokia theatre with no hype man, and no help. rapping every word. thats what true emcees do. em, you lose.

  16. RH says:

    Dan, kill yourself. You suck at life.

    Easily the best performance of the night, the crowd was so into it and so was everyone. Jay-Z applauding with his hands up and LL Cool J jumping up and down says it all.

    The auto-tune should not have been used.

    God, for once we all gotta get toghether and applaud greatness.

  17. Tame . says:

    @ nathaniel that mad NO SENSE . .

  18. Eyerone says:

    @Nathaniel, what up.

    it was a backing track. drake had one too. run it back if u dont believe.

    i see why u noticed it so hard on eminems parts; when he first came out, he was just mouthing the intro to his verse on drop the world.

  19. PITRI says:

    HOnestly the only time i think he had the playback on was on the bridge of drop the world..thats it..

    Well, I watched that shit from my Macbook Pro and if he *definitely* lip-synced.

  21. Nathaniel says:

    @Roy

    you right my dude, i don’t think he lip synched, but without question….WITHOUT QUESTION, he had the recorded verse from the actual track playing with him while he rhymed. AT THE VERY LEAST, he obviously had that.

    a lip sync would mean his mic was turned off. it wasn’t but he had a crutch like a muthafucka.

    ——————–

    Point fucking proven. Another Eminem warrior getting aggy. Shits like clockwork.

    Woah, Jay-Z was standing up. OMFG. Validation!!!! Sit yo ho ass down you dick-ridin’ homo.

  23. Roy says:

    Yea okay Dan. Keep hatin on the white boy. I followed the homie since he came out, this is nothing new. A lot of people say he’s lips the songs. However, he doesn’t. He’s a talented performer. Can’t accept it? I guess that’s on you and you’ll have to come to terms with it on your own.

    Believe what you want though. I ain’t gonna change your mind.

  24. Nathaniel says:

    @Tame .

    ask yourself why you’re the only person that doesn’t understand what i’m saying son. reading comprehension. vital skill.

    maybe i used some terms you aren’t familiar with. i’ll clarify if need be.

  25. Dan says:

    Oh, an be clear: I’m not taking away from Eminem as a rapper. I personally haven’t rocked any Eminem album since MMLP but he is definitely top 3 of the 2000s. I’m just saying the performance sucked. Chill homos.

  26. Doyle says:

    The drop the world/forever was one of the best performances ive seen.

  27. Roy says:

    @Nathaniel

    I’m pretty sure he always has the track playing behind him. It’s been like that forever. Pun not intended. Except for at award shows most of the time. I ain’t sure if he had play back, but he DIDN’T lip sync.

  28. Doyle says:

    Wayne/Drake/Em are on top of hip hop right now, like them or not.

  29. Eyerone says:

    and also @Nathaniel, em did have an aggressive double-time verse. its not like he was being a slouch with the backing track and was leaning on it or as if his verse was as easy as drake or waynes to spit.

    look at how many times drake let em and wayne finish his adlibs. i hate when niggas do that shit.

  30. scott larock says:

    i heard 50 cent was jealous eminem worked with lil wayne on forever and drop the world.50 dont like wayne and its a known fact but i heard from someone at g-unit records he was mad that it happened and jealous.50 cent fell off and he is gonna have to come back hard but he is so jealous of eminem with working with wayne.

  31. Chipped Tooth Condition says:

    no one gives a flying fuck about 50 right now. he’s way past his expiry date

  32. Nathaniel says:

    @eyerone

    good observation yo. drake’s backing track only emphasized the word he spat at the end of each bar, which is wack too (i know i know, i’m goin in on these niggas lol)

    maybe i’m too unforgiving.

    but ems shit was the ENTIRE verse. it wasn’t as bad on Forever as on Drop the World. i’m still wondering if he really did lip sync the drop the world verse. lmao….whatever. guess i’ll keep sparring the the denial clan for sport. Jordan shrug*

  33. Nathaniel says:

    also @eyerone.

    yes, lol it was “aggressive” and “double time”…but so what. twista don’t do it, seen him live. saw lupe do Streets on Fire live with no backing track whatsoever. and a lot of shit on reasonable doubt is wordy as fuck, seen jay do the whole album no backing tracks no memph bleek hype man.

    em gets no passes. he shoulda just let wayne and drake finish certain lines…they shoulda rehearsed it that way. it adds to the performance if done right*

    * – Bishop G, fantastic hype man

  34. ayoooooo says:

    LMFAO at people who have been fans of hip-hop for like 3 months.

    Nas is good but I Am and Nastrad are weak, illmatic was dope
    Em hasn’t been good since MMLP
    Jay ain’t been the same since Kingdom Come

    It’s like you clowns read from a fuckin’ script. Top 3 of 2000′s, lol, you sound ridiculous.

  35. Dan says:

    i’m sorry guys. MTV just put up that shit that said Eminem had problems with his mic at first. Then he fired off some ill shit. he’s dope. I’m a Stan too!

  36. PITRI says:

    @ nathaniel SO your sayin you think he lip sync the DTW verse?

  37. Nathaniel says:

    and like the nigga @Dan said

    aint nobody questioning em’s skills on the mic. that would be dumb and irrational. but the performance was wack. i had to make sure i wasn’t tripping before i kindly put a stop to all the

    “OMG DUDE EM KIILLLLLLED IT SOOOOO HARD GEE WIIIZ HES THE EFFIN GREATEST!!!!!” malarkey niggas was engaging in.

    you know, its what we do on message boards. cause disturbances. ha!

  38. Nathaniel says:

    i suck dick. im sorry guys

  39. Dan says:

    now thats gay Nathaniel

  40. Roy says:

    Em cussed in his verses but also shortened some of the words. He didn’t lip sync. Proof right there.

    Lol, to be a smart ass I would have posted a pic of Proof. Oh well.

  41. Nathaniel says:

    @PITRI

    i’m saying i’m skeptical. but he def had the backing track o the fullest on both….just couldnt tell if his mic was on during Drop the World. and for those of u with ears, you otta be skeptical too. whatever though, i’m growing weary of this issue

    …and Dan just brought some interesting info to the table. Dan is that sarcasm nigga or did MTV really say that?

  42. AK says:

    DAN is having a bad day people. let him live.

  43. Chipped Tooth Condition says:

    cmon niggas stop playing with that childish shit. no need to use another niggas screename to defame him

  44. KiD cApRi says:

    I think both u faggots r wack. Em was dope, plain and simple. So what if the first hook was lip-synched. The rest was pure fire and it was straight EMINEM. Give credit where credit it due. I love Kanye West as a artist and especially as a producer. Guy is a genius, but as a PERSON hes nothing more than an IGORNANT N*gger. Real talk. And he keeps spouting off at this racist shit…N^GGER YOUR MAIN FANS R WHITE, PAY CLOSE ATTENTION!

  45. Eyerone says:

    @nathaniel, i can definitely co-sign lupe goin in on his performances. dude can nail “go go gadget flow” something FIERCE these days, no hypeman, backing track, nothing.

    i guess it is what it is. 9 times outta 10 eminem sounds like the record during performances, which is damn near impossible for rap artists to do once you add in all the hype men and other dumb shit that they do when they go live.

    @Dan…

    obviously that wasn’t me my nigga. how random would that be to just say some gay irrational, unrelated shit like that outta nowhere. sigh…the links people go through. have fun, whoever the faggot is that is playing with my name…smh wow

    c’mon son! u buggin!

  47. Chipped Tooth Condition says:

    Nathaniel, its probably sarcasm.

    but one thing i know though, when Em performs with Jay live. Em always gets the broken mic. IDK why.

    Okay, some lame fuckboy is trying to impersonate. RR do an IP check. I did not say that shit Nathaniel.

    My money that the EPIC, RH, AK, Doyle is the same weirdo whiteboy.

  49. Dan says:

    MTV did say that. Go check and see. I’m going on my favorite site right now for more pics, Perez Hilton.com.

  50. PITRI says:

    @ nathaniel ok i do think he had the backing track during the bridge..but if you pay attention he says “ima mess around this bitch…” and in the actuall song he says “ima fuck around this bitch…” clearly proving he dint have the back track and Def. wuzent lip syncing
