    I second that.

    I try so hard to like Maino’s music but I honestly can’t find anything that makes him stand out to me. He’s never had a rhyme that excited me. I just don’t see the talent, I’m sorry to say it cuz I want to like him. He’s a real dude, nothing phony about him cuz he lived it for real but just cuz someone was official in the streets before rap doesn’t give them a pass to just step in the major leagues like a strong rep is supposed to carry you as an MC. Damn i feel bad, but I’m just being honest.

    Maino = wack rapper

    Damn Queenz that’s exactly how I feel too.

    Average song at best, really nothing special.

  6. Zach says:

    Tony Yayo>>>>>>Maino

    Its may seem a fucked up thing to say but atleast Yayo has classics and is 1/3 of a legendary..yes I said legendary group.

  7. 730 says:

    Co-sign Queenz. If rapping was all about being an actual criminal and having an actual story to tell then there would be a lot more rappers. It matters if you really are who you say you are and really live or lived what you speak about. That being said rap is an art. If you can’t share your story in an artistic way that niggas can appreciate then you have failed as a RAPPER. Not every street nigga is a rapper just like every rapper is not a street nigga. I think everyone should stay in their lane and do what they do best. Don’t try to be something you’re not. Pussy ass rappers fucked the streets up and now UNTALENTED felons are fucking up the rap game. STOP IT!

  8. QUEENZ says:

    @ 730

    Damn homie, you said it better than I did. One thing in particular that you said sums it all up:

    “UNTALENTED felons are fucking up the rap game”

    I just feel like if on any given block I can find a rapper better than you then you don’t deserve to be out here putting out records talking about the shit is a classic. Another thing I can’t stand is when a wack ass rapper cops a plea by saying “uh I never claimed to be that lyrical”. I mean what the fuck else are you supposed to be if not lyrical? I personally don’t rap out of respect for the art cuz I know I don’t have that God given talent to contribute to the game. But even if I did have a fraction on that talent I would always ask myself what would the legends (dead & living) think if they heard my records. If you’re not doing this shit to be considered a legend in the company of Nas, Jay, Scarface, etc I feel that you’re being disrespectful to the artform. Its either you got it or you don’t. Be honest with yourselves. On the other hand, I’m happy that Maino is a free man doing something legal rather than being a statistic behind bars, same thing goes for Saigon and a several others. So I’m torn, glad that you brothers are living legally now but I’d be happier if you guys explored other avenues with the money you’ve made so far in the game cuz these rhymes aren’t cutting it if longevity is your goal. I swear I’m not being a “hater”, I just love Hip-Hop, these days only a few people understand the difference.

    This song is fire. It has some old school vibe but it sounds good vs anything out now. All i got to say to all the ppl saying Maino is crap is hes comes out with good songs over and over again. Just take it for what it is.
