E-40 To Drop Two Albums Same Day

E-40’s ripping a page out of Nelly’s play book and dropping two albums Revenue Retrievin’ Night Shift and Revenue Retrievin’ Day Shift on the same day (March 30). “I‘m excited about this album; it’s been a year since I dropped The Ball Street Journal,” he said in a statement. “It marks an important independent business venture for me. This way, I am able to go back to the basics and run my own campaign.” Gotta respect that.
Hope that works out for him. I’m not the biggest 40 fan….

40 is a legend. Hes up there with Too $hort now in the sense where music wise he can do whatever the hell he wants. How many artists can say that????? Plus his independent game has been top notch since the very beginning which means he has a solid fan base. So with or without a hit single,dude is guaranteed to move sum units.

Don’t sleep on E-40; that dude’s a real legend. Been makin’ it on his own for many years.
Everyone’s just now trying to act like they’re on some ‘Eff the Major Labels’ type-stuff; 40’s BEEN doin’ that since his career started way back when…
You might not like his flow or style or whatever, but you’ve gotta give credit where it’s due. he’s an All-Star Veteran. Keep it up 40-Water.
