Regardless of if he did or does brush his teeth, they would still be in the same condition that made him have to get the root canals, because when he brushes his teeth he’s not brushing his real teeth. He’s brushing the implants he had put in, and since they’re permanent theres no way for him to get access to his real teeth unless he goes to the dentist like he said, so it’s obvious he wasn’t going to the dentist every day to get his teeth brushed lol.
