I saw K’naan in concert about 4 years ago I think. It was when he was touring with JR. GONG, Damian Marley, in MPLS at 1st ave. Where they filmed purple rain at. We have a very large Somali population. He went on right before JR Gong and oh my god he killed it. I never heard of him prior to going to the concert, I asked some Somali guys who is this cuz the crowd new every word and I didn’t know who he was. He is very talented and love his music. I feel as if he could have a following like Bob Marley for his country men. Cuz they have gone through some ish and still are. WEST BANK M.P.L.S RIVERSIDE PLAZA STAND THE F UP!!!!
