Although Sade told the Canadian National Post last month that shys from collaborations, Drake isn’t giving up that easy. He told MTV that he still wants to work with her one day.
“I don’t think she really knows who I am, really, my genre of music. I put it out there. It was more of a hopeful thing. It was a very early stage where I was at when I said that I was hoping. One day. Maybe after this album comes out.”

he wasn’t being pompous. he was being modest by admitting that he’s not even on Sade’s radar. And he has a valid point too. I SERIOUSLY doubt his album will sound like a Young Money thing, so if she is paying attention to dude (which she probably is at this point) she may give him a chance after this album. I’m SURE he recorded the album with THE SPECIFIC intentions of impressing the people he looks up to the most. Sade, 3Stacks, Nas, etc.
