yeah, him and every other hip hop artist. niggas been throwing singers on hooks for over 15 years. and samples (from scratches like what premier does to otherwise) have been a staple even longer than that.
it’s music. whatever makes the music come out best, that’s what you go with. there are a lot of emotions in people that RAP just can’ get across. that’s why pac harmonized, and you FELT HIM. thats why andre started singing like a muthafucka, lol. rapping Prototype, etc just wasn’t gone cut it.
