Allow him to reintroduce himself. The artist formerly known as Young Jeezy is simply going by: Jeezy. Rap-Up notice the change on the artwork for his single, “Lose My Mind”. And on Def Jam’s website, the rapper’s billed under the moniker as well. So much for being forever young.
