Translation if they say June they mean late summer/middle of fall. More into Relapse 2 than Detox. I’m more into of the idea of him releasing stuff that didn’t make the Detox album. Somewhat interested in Lasers. Definitely looking forward to Kanye’s album. Drake is gonna be a nice album. J. Cole’s album will be better. Joell Ortiz and Stat Quo have albums coming out that are gonna be good. Sort of interested in the RED album. Nas is gonna be rapping to show he’s still that dude so it’s gonna be good! I think its gonna come out in october, because cudi’s trying to release in August, i doubt he’d put out an album the same time as cudi.
@jimmu It won’t be that late because he will want to release it to make the Grammy deadline which is the end of September I believe. An August release for Kanye’s new album is the most realistic.

This album will be insane!!! Pete Rock, RZA, and Q-Tip guest productions, Kanye’s beats on his albums are always experimental, creative and just too damn good. His lyrics are dope, content is an unorthodox mixture of social/personal insight, rebellion, arrogance, and upliftment, and overall his albums are completely different from other mainstream acts.
Plus I hope he shits on all the media and other musicians’ that were complaining about him pissing in Taylor Swift’s Cheerios when it wasn’t supposed to be her bowl. Fuck that little bitch. She should be honored that an international superstar stole the glory she didn’t deserve. And however doesn’t do the math: If Beyonce had the Best Music Video of the Year OVERALL (both male and female), the obviously she should have won the Best Female Music Video of the Year. It’s the Chewbacca Defense.

808s was dope, that album changed wat music is, the video for Heartless and Love Lockdown and Paranoid were classic videos, and it was a pop album, not a hiphop album, and he went platinum and took a chance, 808s will to me be one of the greatest albums in a long time it was from the heart

Kanye can definitely rap, you niggas wack if you think otherwise @ahhhhhhhhh. he just uses unconventional styles in both his subject material and his wordplay and punchlines are genius and entertaining. his beats are unmatched and album vary greatly from each phase. i wouldnt mind if he went back to CD, LR, Graduation, (not 808s because this is gonna be a hip hop album not pop). or he could even further his material, either way he gets another classic.
2010 is a good year for hip hop.

This album is gunna b a classic.. Pay attention to what Dj Premier & Pete Rock are saying about this.. they said theyre selves Kanye is back to the old soul sampling Kanye and his rhymes are angry on this. Drake said that it is Kanyes best Album so far.. plus Kanye’s got Clipse as a guest appearance and probably Mos and Common considering one or the other are usually on his albums if not both. And I honestly believe that this will drop in June because I remember when 808s was set to be released in december 08 after he premiered it at some awards show and the album came like in october. I have extremely high expectations for this.. I think he realizes that mainstream media hates him because of this Taylor Swift stuff so hes going back to where he his at his best and where is music is needed most, real Hip Hop.

Big Sean has confirmed on twitter that he will be a guest appearance on the album.
I really love the first single from the album “Power”, featuring Dwele – it’s not as depressing as 808’s and Heartbreak, and is more hard hitting hip-hop.
