Ol’ Dirty’s money isn’t the only paper Kelis has nowadays. TMZ reports that an L.A. County Superior Court judge ordered Nas to ante up $47,249.42 in back child support and $40,454 in spousal support to estranged wife.
Esco owes Kelis $299,015.50 and must pay $10,000 per month until the debt is paid. He also has to fork over 90% of the singer’s legal fees ($155,787.28) and cover her accounting expenses ($48,549.83) Man, that’s a lot of numbers.

But jesus christ, what is fucking wrong with the LA court system? First of all the concept of Spousal support in a divorce proceeding, especially when the divorcer is not bringing any money into the marriage for at least 3 years, is flawed.
Secondly, he’s gotta pay her lawyer’s fees? 90%? And when you consider Kelis is getting his money, the 10% she gives her lawyer is gonna be his money anyway. So Nas is putting food on Laura Wassler’s table too?
Secondly, the whole point of putting the spousal and child payments on hold was to go back to the courts and restructure that alimony payment terms seeing that she was gainfully employed by Interscope right around the mid-summer. Its not like she even needs to fucking Spousal support of that amount now.
He is being horribly shafted here, and the more you look at the history of this case. How is this not a set up? She signs a deal with interscope as soon as she got her alimony. Unbefuckingleivable man.

He wouldn’t have had to pay that much if he would have paid it from the begining. you are saying check TMZ.. i posted the quote directly from TMZ.. If you add all of that up it is UNDER 1 MILLION dollars. Nas is in arrears. He did NOT pay ANYTHING and now everything he didn’t pay that he was ordered to pay PLUS what he currently owes is lumped together.
If you read that in the end Nas has to pay Kelis 299,015.50 and 48,549.83. The 1st number is spousal support and the second number is her expenses in having to take her to court. And for the record not ONE of those TMZ articles said she refused to settle.

Some of you people need to learn how to read and if you think Nas is paying Kelis 55k a month you need to go back to pre-k ASAP!!!!!!
