Live from Comerica Park in Detroit, Eminem and Jay-Z speak on the previous post. Be clear: Em will rock Comerica on the 2nd, while Jay will hold court at Yankee Stadium on the 13th. No word as to yet when tickets go on sale, but we’ll keep you posted. For now, peep this long awkward interview.

Anyway, both of the greates MCs in the game right now, and probably ever doing it big, like the way hip-hop is going these days. Big news a couple years ago would be “Soulja boy invents new dance!” Now we getting Nas and Damien, Eminem of course, Slaughterhouse to Shady, and more importantly…crickets in the Young Money camp.
Now then, I dont know the lists of guests set to appear on Recovery but, it would be nice if they had a song together on the album. Renegade II? Something though….somewhere down the line though these guys should have a collaboration album though…but i may be asking too much.

The way I see it, eminem beats jay in just about every category musically. He beats jay lyrically, has better albums, and sold more albums. But what em doesnt have is what Jay has in spades, and thats the intangibles. Sure em has the psychopath with a heart of gold thing going, but Jay-Z is the embodiment of the hip hop culture. Jay was a dirt poor kid from the ghetto, grew up hustling, worked hard, and became a star, an icon. Jay can have the money cash hoes, but he can keep it real at the same time. Jay-z has done so much for the culture of hip hop it’s ridiculous. And it’s not to say em has done nothing, he brought millions of white fans to a genre they never even considered listening to. But Jay is the embodiment of hip hop. Which is why he’s one of the greatest.
