LaFlare gave his first radio interview this morning with Frank Ski and Wanda on Atlanta’s V103. He spoke on his time away, took some phone calls, and reveals that his new album The Appeal is dropping this August.

Birthday Bash is a big concert, put on by Hot107.9 (aka V103.3’s rival station) out here in Atlanta that all of the biggest stars come out to every summer..it’s funny how Frank Ski reacts about a caller asking how to get those tickets..that show is gonna be big especially with Gucci out, Tip out, & Jeezy pumpin out new material !! #AtlantaWins

To all the haters, I’m not gonna speak on the quality of his lyrical constructions…. however it’s pretty obvious that Gucci has a better grasp of the situation than you think he does. Yeah he’s a dirty hood mofugga, but his rap image is also quite intentional and clearly represents more of a “character” than the real Gucci… He’s created “Gucci the Entertainer” to make money, and it’s working beautifully
