As one of Roc’s founding fathers, Memphis Bleek passed along some words of encouragement to the label’s number one draft pick. Cole’s gon’ be a good rapper.
J. Cole has to go all the way in. He shouldn’t listen to someone telling him how to make his music. He should follow his heart. He’s new… he’s not from the NYC, he’s from Fayetteville, North Carolina, so he’s bringing a whole new movement with him. J. Cole has a lot on his shoulders. He can never second-guess what he’s doing.
I’m sure Jay-z is sitting somewhere wishing he signed DRAKE.

Drake is flavor of the week talent like Ja Rule was, as soon as his famale fanbase discover a new nigga (50 cent type), they will bail on him. J Cole is doing the right way, build up your fanbase from the ground up and not on no pop bs like Drake is.
Of course Jay wishes he signed DRAKE if I was in his position to signe cats I would WANT to sign all of the hottest acts but it’s not possible to forsee who’s gonna be hot in the future or sign all of the hottest talent therefore one has to sit back & make great choices in the artist he or she does sign & I don’t know about you but I think Jay made a good choice.
