I love(d) The LOX, but I’m not pressed. Them niggaz ain’t put out a group GROUP album out in literally a decade. That D-Block shit doesn’t count to me. And when it does drop, it won’t have the same impact on music it woulda had back in 2001-2003. Now its the era of swag, patron, and otha dumb shit…
their last album was 2000. who cares now? besides Jada the other 2 cats skills suck at this point. mad old school.
Now I’m saying this from a writer point…but if the lox left all they gun play & drugselling out they raps & talked about lighter subjects that would be hot.
I think Detox is gonna drop before another L.O.X album drop(ihope not). Plenty of d-block. is the Lox as a group that fucked up on papers that ruff ryder/justins publishing/interscope have that much of a percentage of a album? i can bet you can take 3 of the best songs of each of there solos in the past 10 years of music. all of em’ on it(sheek. kiss and styles) and call it a contract. “we are the streets” came out along fuckin time ago

@Majest– If they left out the gunplay and drugs out of the rhymes than the fans that have rode with them the past 15 years might feel a lil alienated

Last Lox album dropped 10 years ago and i was 14 so for about 8 years they come out every year and say that theyre dropping a lp the next year.Theyve never kept there word and at 24 years old ive outgrown theyre content so fuck the lox album, If they come with some lyrical content besides all the gun talk shit(which theyr capable of doing. “why”,”im black” “how i love you “smoking gun” etc…) then ill stfu,eat my words and cop it but until then fuck the lox. And thats comin from a die hard fan
