I worked for a insurance agency called Auto Town Insurance in on MLK in SW Atlanta, and Killer Mikes Grandma was one of my clients, and she was crazy. She would have the whole office laughing. Real nice woman that never met a stranger and tells it like it is. The first thing she ask me was do you know Killer Mike he’s a rapper? I told her yeah I know who he is and she said thats my grandson. She is real proud of him. I’m just waiting on Killer or Bigga whatever you wanna call him to drop a classic album not a classic mixtape. He should be mentioned with the best but since he aint drop no classic album he deserves not to be mention. To me mixtapes is like streetball or straight to dvd movies. Thats good in all, and entertaining but the reason why Rakim, Krs One, Ice Cube, Jay-Z, Nas, Eminem, Outkast, Public Enemy, and list can go on and on, are listed as great or debated as the greatest rappers or groups of all time is becasue they dropped Classic albums as Major realeases. When the pressure is on and everybodies watching and you deliver thats what makes you great I watch Michael Jordan do all the time and I have seen Outkast, Jay-Z do it, and Ice Cube in the late 80’s and early 90’s do it too, and its just like that in the movies. All the great actors do it on the big screen and year after year after come thru.
