Every independent label whether it was mainstream or not owes 40 cause he and Sic Wid It Records set a standard for independence (Roc-A-Fella, Grand Hustle, CTE, Diplomat Records etc.) So come on now do your research. E-40 in my opinion has always been corny and wack. I never understood how people think his goofy ass voice and lingo was tight.
