DJ Absolut To Sue Over “Best I Ever Had”

Hot 97’s DJ Absolut plans to file a lawsuit against Kia Shine for allegedly using his beat for Lil Wayne’s “Do It For The Boy”. That song’s lyrics were used in Drake’s “Best I Ever Had” and last September, it was revealed that Shine was compensated for it. Absolut says the rapper agreed to pay him 20% of the residuals but breached the contract. Reps for Shine have yet to comment on the suit.

Supposedly drake used one line from that song and that was Waynes… i really dont get how this is legitimate… Kia shine produced the record those like 4-5 words were from… how does that have anything to do with him/best i ever had? It was waynes lyrics…
I thought “do it for the boy” was called Dats my Nigga.. I have always downloaded it as that.. and the “young moolah” tape i have even names it that.. Well one more notch on Drakes nuse haha Peace out dude.. Horrible leaked CD.. even all the Jay-z Dick Riders are CRAZY.. I think drake just inhales once and then rapped this whole cd from his bold or whatever kind of black berry he uses..Flows hardly change from ttrack to track(as i have been saying since before that 7 song ep was released so all of his female fans who didnt know how to download this over hypoed music could buy it and maybe make this dude some money unlike what would have happened if the cd was never released mainstream) Seriously the only Time drakes flow changes is when he sounds like he is running out of air.. From what im seeing,dj absolut produced the “do it for the boy” record. Drake took Wayne’s melody from that song and made “best I ever had”. Somehow Kia shine got named as the producer for “do it for the boy” and since a part from that song is on “best I ever had” he gets a slice from that record. Wayne does too. I guess its sort of like when you sample a record and the original artist gets paid as well.
The part im not understanding is how did Kia shine get the beat from Absolut? Did he HELP produce it with him or what? Why would Kia shine agree to give him 20% of the residuals if it was originally his beat? This part is left out.
