Tat-tat-tatted up! Snoop Dogg recently commissioned Mr. Cartoon to a tattoo a picture of his wife, Shante a.k.a. Boss Lady on his arm. Meanwhile, Capone got his and Noreaga’s names inked on his forearm. Tat’s all folks.
