Last night, Lupe posted a snippet of his new song, “Go To Sleep”. Under the track’s info, it’s billed under: Food & Liquor II (TGARA). Goodbye Lasers? Take a listen to the excerpt below.

As usual Lu’s flow is on point…….. however, am I the only one who hasn’t really felt the beats he’s choosing as backdrops so far?
It’s like I’m tryin’ to make myself feel the beats but from what I’ve heard so far they’ve just been okay at best. It sounds like he’s rhyming to alternative music…..not necessarily a bad thing, just not my thing.

i kno im gon get crucified by lupe stans for sayin this, but this whole we are not losers, we are lasers is just some really forced far fetched shit to get the ”losers” (im not callin u that, he obviously is) i.e. social outkasts on board/brainwashed to following lupe in a cult like fashion. i feel like he’s really goin out of his way to b sayin bein uncool is cool, but by doin that, he’s actually alienating the social outkasts more than anything.
All my own personal opinion, obviously (and u cant say that wut i said had no logic) but it just looks like a fake/forced movement
and start crucifyin me… now. lol
Its a whole different album, from what I heard the last time its his 4th studio album, he did announce that he wants to drop 2 albums in 1 year last year… Also TGARA = The Great American Rap Album

For those that don’t know, Lupe turned his album in back in March. Its not on him, its the label. So all the “Lupe put the album out” talks need to cease. Its all on Atlantic.
