Why is Cole only compared to Drake on these blogs?? Drake is hot but his style is totally different, you should compare Wiz to Drake actually more with the singing on hooks/rapping. This joint is hot though beat is freakin nuts

  67. *Da Boss* says:

This is a song for my haterssssss..
Bloodclaat the man haad u fuck!

  68. Ace says:

This shit is Dope! Very Kanye-esque (in a good way though). This is Definitely Mr. West’s era, just like the last one was Jay’s. You see it a bit in J. Cole and Drake. That means we will get a bunch of different lifestyles and life experiences and and not not just crack sells and body counts (although those are cool too, but everybody cant be slangin’ crack and bustin’ caps). Get em’ Cole!

    im just sayin’ though…

  69. *Da Boss* says:

This is a song for my hatersss…

ANYWAY, everything about this track is fire, Cole been steady delivering lyrically, but went off on this. And he stepped his beat game up crazily with this! J. Cole, along with Kanye, is finna tear the game down this fall

  79. Da Business says:

    J. Cole is the truth!!!

  80. 1 says:

    The Future of hip-hop.

Sad to say, and this is no jab at Drake, but a thought to ponder when you take away the hype and bright lights. Drake, on one hand, has the charisma, and intelligence to win fans and crowds over. He can rap, no doubt. However, its something gimmicky about him/and or his music, that for me is, becoming so visible. I understand what some music artist today are doing when it comes to branding, or stretching hip-hop to other hip-hoppers internationally, but when reaching the masses become pretentious, for me, the music doesn’t feel authentic. i believe this is what Drake does, again, my opinion.

On the other hand, I see why Jay-z scooped up J.Cole and put him on his label. Like a teacher who sees his/her pupil, who embodies not only the skill to craft stories, and words in rhyme, but to be willingness to be true to oneself, hence, authentic, and still connect with listeners, as Jay-z would put it, through the emotions, longevity of music artists career lengthens. In my opinion, J.Cole is the man that fits this authentic criteria I speak of. J.Cole, like Drake, also has intelligence, and the charisma, but the media has cast him as the Nas of the younger generation, which could ultimately, make him a permanent secondary rapper. If J.Cole could get the same commercial exposure, as he deserves, his perception will definitely change.

  81. I HOPE EVERYONE THAT BE ON J.COLE POSTS RELIGIOUSLY GO COP THAT ALBUM..NOT DOWNLOAD..IM COPPIN 2 COPIES ONE 2 LISTEN & ONE TO KEEP JUST FOR THE HELL OF IT N HELP HIS SALES LOL. ANYWAYS THIS TRACK IS DOPE, I THINK THE WARM UP IS HIS BEST MATERIAL YET N I HOPE THE ALBUM TOPS IT.

J Cole is Hype! Im hyped and Pumped with this song! Literally REPEAT! J Cole has that music for the mature Hip Hop fan. Its a breath of fresh air compared to some of the trendy Hip Hop that has been passed around through the market. J Cole is Mos Def about to BLOW UP! Double the props for rapping and producing on this track. His style is versatile and has good taste. All props ma man!

This song is fucken sick. Comparing Drake to J.Cole yeah i get it. I know its only a few words of the song but when he(J.Cole) sings “this is a song for my haters’ that shit sounds like drake but J.Cole flow is so much better and only gives you that little bit of singing which is how it should be. I respect Drake but that singing shit is gay.
