We’re all waiting on Act II, but DJ Semtex has already heard the anticipated project and says it is incredible. Jay’s been in the UK for a few weeks now and above he discusses his stay in London, previous shows in the country and traveling to Egypt. Jay’s pushing for a release date on his born day, September 19.

Jay Elect is not wack.. He did lose his buzz but you have to admit Exhibit C, Exhibit A, and The Ghost of Christopher Wallace are dope songs.
Did he wait too long to drop Act II? Yes.. He could have capitalized big time if he dropped Act II around December 2009 / January 2010. A matter of fact, Jay Elect should be on Act IV by now but obviously he believes in quality over quantity.

I think the hype we as fans gave him was well deserved, but like Jay said he was scared that his best wasn’t going to be good enough. It’s funny because around this time last year people were not that interested in him. I agree that he should’ve put out his album a little sooner. But if it’s as good as DJ Semtex claims it is we will all be back on his tip when he drops it. I’d be surprised if he actually is able to go through with the September 19th date. If it does get pushed back I hope it comes no later than October 12th.
