Cole is nice and all, I think it’s interesting to look at someone like Wiz, who is out there with a team grinding and turning him into his own headliner. I hope that Cole has people like that behind him, because it it all about performing. Of course Wiz has the experience of being on a major label and getting out of that situation. Wish Cole the best, he seems to be talented, but we all know that this industry is not about being talented.

Please don’t try to compare J. Cole to Wiz. Everyone likes to compare J. Cole to other young rappers out there. Hes in his own lane. Wiz has a completely different style (stoner rap) along with a different audience.
J Cole appeals to the young generation as well as the older generation. Wiz seems to be very popular with white stoner dudes haha. Not saying that’s bad but it seems like his target audience. I don’t think J. Cole needs to do any more than drop his album. He can go on tour afterwards. Wiz seems like the type of cat who loves to party and J. Cole seems much more focused on making a great album.
