I was at this show. JCole & Wale KILLED it. Will definitely try to catch these cats every time they’re performing the A. Came to see J.Cole and left a Wale fan. J.Cole is going to be a superstar. Downloaded Wale’s mixtapes and Attention Deficit and will be coping Attention Deficit next time I’m in Best Buy. Can’t beat genuine energy from performers, Wale was rapping all in the crowd, pulling fans on stage to flip cam record his show, grabbing cameras out the audience and rapping into them video style, and bringing out Yo Gotti to perform ’5 Star Chic’ in the middle of his show. Only semi-complaint was sometimes the band made it hard to hear Wale.
For all the Drake haters: JCole did an Aaliyah tribute as part of his show and had niggas listening to some of her slow jams as part of his show. J.Cole told the crowd he was “…half white and trying to get all the sales.” Ha!
