New Music: Jazmine Sullivan Ft. Swizz Beatz x Mary J. Blige “Holding You Down (Remix)”

Clinton Sparks took this picture of Swizz Beatz, Kanye West, and Pharrell working diligently in the lab last week. During Swizz’s RapFix session, he didn’t say too much, but said the producers were bringing out the best in each other.

“I don’t want to be the person to let all the news out. I got to save some stories in case ‘Ye or P wanna elaborate on that. But just know that it was epic, and it was amazing to see such forces in the room, humbled but honest at the same time, comparing notes, comparing music.”

Don’t worry, Left Coast radio personality Devi Dev isn’t going to jail. Instead she’s moving to Houston to take over the midday drive on 97.9 The Box. This past Tuesday, she had a party at Bubblegum LA in Hollywood with performances by Jay Rock, Kendrick Lamar, and U-N-I. In the first clip, Rock and K.Dot take a trip through the “Ghetto”. Eminem Returns To St. Andrews Hall

Eminem was back in St. Andrews Hall in Detroit last night to judge the final round of Red Bull’s EMsee battle competition. After everything was said and done, Em crowned hometown spitter FowL the champion.

“A rap battle in Detroit is no laughing matter and it seems that Fowl took it the most seriously tonight,” said Eminem. “So he goes home the winner.”

Hopefully, footage surfaces later today. But for now, there’s a couple more flicks after jump.
