Because creating music and athletics are two very different things an athlete at age 30 is a completely different person than he was at age 20 in football, basketball, etc… You don’t get better over time your skills actually diminish over time whereas a musician can create music until he’s 60 years old and if his discography proves that he has the talent to create it at a high level then that potential is always going to be there and so is that expectation
