Drake helped brighten the day of the patients at The Hospital for Sick Children yesterday in Toronto. He fielded questions and held an autograph signing. Young Chris may be the hardest working man in show business. After being rushed to the hospital for collapsing last night at S.O.B.’s, the Young Gunna, addressed the mishap on his Twitter page and thanked everyone for their support.

Nas was in Harlem USA at Melba’s Restaurant and served Christmas dinner to families of HIV/AIDS victims. The event was thrown by activist Maria Davis of “Mad Wednesdays” fame. Here’s what Esco had to say about his involvement.
