Lil Wayne is the best RAPPER but he certainly is not the best MC. He was on his way towards greatness when the Carter 2 dropped, but something drastically changed in his ability, delivery, rhyme scheme, etc. He got LAZY. Those lines are GARBAGE. Okay not garbage; but GARBAGE for a true MC. Great for a RAPPER. Aspiring MCS do not be a rapper, aimed for greatness.
