G-Dep Pleads Not Guilty To Murder

G-Dep appeared in Manhattan Supreme Court yesterday and plead not guilty to second-degree murder. Last month, the Deputy turned himself in after confessing to a ’93 shooting.The WSJNY says Dep plans to fight the life sentence with his lawyer seeking a plea deal. He claims the rapper’s confession was influenced by drugs.

He probably was on drugs. If they can get the confession stricken then they probably don’t have much of a case against him since it’s been 17 years.
