After spending a month behind bars, Charles Hamilton posted $25,000 and was released from jail last Wednesday for assaulting Ohio police officers. But Chuck isn’t in the clear yet. According to the case summary, he was “REF MNTL TREATMNT UNTIL CMP” yesterday. In other words, more mental evaluation.
