Earlier today, the Court of Appeals gave Remy Ma the “whuteva” to her request of appealing her conviction. The court denied her argument that a judge didn’t properly inform jurors before they announced her guilty verdict. Reminisce is currently serving eight years in prison for a 2007 shooting. Sorry Pap.

its a legal strategy that people try to use when there is NOTHING else to appear. Thats a weak argument always when you argue jury instructions. Usually its something a long the line that the jury didn’t realize the length of the sentence she was facing in corlation to the charge they found her guilty on. Like the difference between 1st degree assault and 3rd degree assault.. for instance. They would argue that if the jury knew that, that charge carried 8 years that they would have found her guilty of a lesser charge.
In other words… the bitch knows she’s guilty.. she ain’t arguing that.. she just wants OUT! lol
These niggas live their lives like they cut off scarface in the middle everytime they watch it. They never seem to see the downfall. Everyone wants to live wreckless until it bites them in the ass.
