During the kick-off of his I Am Music 2 tour last night, MTV caught up with Lil Wayne and revealed Tha Carter IV is complete. Weezy also gives it the release date of May 16. Yeah Tez, stop sitting on it. Ha!

The only reason why Carter 3 sold so much in the first week was because of ‘Lollipop’.. It was so universal; even FEMALES were rocking it. Lil Wayne might have more female fans than male fans. IMO.
