This is dope for some different type shit, he could have slid this to Cee-lo and that nigga would have killed it
First of all Timbo is the man. He’s one of the most accomplished producers in more than one genre period. That being said, he really missed the mark on this one. I can’t blame him for trying something new, since he’s been producing hip-hop most of his career.
This song reminds me of a not-so-upbeat version of “Hey Ya.” You have to give him credit for being brave on this though. The problem is that every see’s him as a hip-hop producer, so when he tries to branch out, people jump all over him.
Timbo used to be a genuis, he sampled shit in hip hop that nobody else wouldve even thought about sampling in their wildest dreams and he made them a hit!!
Remember the song “put you on the game” by Game? off documentary. There is a part in that song that goes nanana nanana nanana. He got that from an Indian movie of the 1970s!

Ok, the music isn’t that great, but y’all post worse shit than this and say its hot like Gucci Mane (i see you B.Dot), Lil’ B, Bow Wow,etc.

@Jason, no this is just bad. Bad, bad. Worse than Lil B, Bow Wow, and Gucci Mane bad. And on top of that, he should be held to a higher standard because some consider him the 2nd best hip hop producer of all time (behind Dre) and he’s making an ass out of himself.
This nigga constantly hatin on Timbaland….Every Thursday when he releases a song, you talk about how good it isnt….All of his Thursday songs havent been THAT bad….This one isnt that good but still….Your biased ass opinion doesnt count…..Fuggin HATER
