All it took was another two months for Lupe’s single to move another milli. According to LupEND, Lu’s lead single, “The Show Goes On” has reached double platinum status—2,062,844 copies to be exact. It’s also his biggest record to date. Lasers in stores now.

Great track. Decent enough album. Not my favorite Lupe album (The Cool >>>) but I enjoyed it. Imean you a dick head on the politics tip but your music is great. Just stop talking out your ass and leave the politics to the politicians who get paid for it

Yeah, I can’t believe this hit double platinum. I really like Lupe, but this seemed like a flop single once it came out. Probably my least favorite on Lasers.

Lasers is the worst money I ever spent. I was very dissappointed and will never buy another Lupe Album. He’s a talking contradiction. He’s intelligent but not the same person anymore

Atlantic is a great label. Its called the MUSIC BUSINESS kids. Their not in it to please blog commentors. They started as fans and know how to make hits for everyone to enjoy. If millions are enjoying it then the music has done its part. Turn up the radio and let the top down and ride!

Lasers was less than what we expected, but to shit on the single, you must be crazy! TSGO was fantastic!! Yall g’s are too into all that bullshit, that when you hear real lyrics, powerful lyrics, you think that ITS B.S. and wack! I bump Lasers, and I am not a fan of most of the songs, because of the pop appeal, but the lyrics are undeniably serious. Lasers was a solid compromise of street M.C. meets pop, and I could’ve gone without all the singing, but LUPE is for real. He’s the illest out there…(
