Production does matter to me, would take a bit to explain… I just like to know the people who make hot beats, notice the ones that get crazy exposure aren’t always the best (Lex Luger). No shots.

I dont think Grand Hustle has to be a flop. I think recruiting the appropriate P.R. would be very beneficial to the whole crew, or adding another one in the mix. New idea bankers are an investment into your “Knot-Pocket- Banking”, or as artists look at it, “Rubberband Stacks”. But in general a good P.R. has also the ability to help artists on the label to develop into their own productive marketing entities that can effectively market themselves. Not only limited to marketing and promotions, but to wealth building and resource funding, also campaigning to build equity in their stocks as an artist. Education is a must in all skill sets for every member of a company. Including the artists. They may be a great artist but if they lack the motivation to put extra effort into their own personal growth, then others working for them see that laziness, the apathy, and like a disease it spreads with a negative energy kin to a black-whole that will devour and consume everyone it its path. That’s key for any industry to behold. #Revolutions ~~not only political but industrial as well..
