In the midst of the ongoing violence in City Of Brotherly Love, radio personality Star of Philly’s 100.3 The Beat’s Star & Buckwild Morning Show has decided to relaunch his Start Snitching campaign in partnership with Philly’s mayor, Michael A. Nutter and the Philadelphia Police department’s Deputy Commissioner Richard J. Ross Jr.
Founded in 2002, Star launched the campaign in NYC to encourage individuals to come forward with information in regards to crimes. So far, there have been 156 homicides in Philadelphia this year.
