Im just gon put it like this for 50. 50 never fell off. When people started saying he fell off, he was still making that same good music. The thing is, the rap game has changed and we all know this. And people didnt want to hear fifty no more, cuz of course he got older but instead of saying they dont like that type of music anymore, people just said, oh he fell off. So whats happening now is 50 is trying to make those little songs people like now with the lil catchy beat and talkin about swag. And thats not who he is so it sounds wack. I Think if 50 retired at The Massacre he would have been up there as one of the best rappers. I do consider Get Rich or Die Trying a classic. I thought Curtis was good commercially. Self Destruct wasn’t that good in my opinion. Since the music is changing so rapidly, the artists we have seen just with in the last 5-8 years are almost irrelevant now. Some not all. A handful of artists have been able to stay and dominate the game. Sorry 50, but I think it’s time to put the mic back on the boom stand and get back to good business what i know you for now.
