This dude is too eccentric to put out an album in any type of time frame or manner that will matter to people. Unfortunately people like to give a fuck about the artist whose music they listening to, and people gave a fuck about Jay Elect like last year when the spot light was on.
So unless Jay got favors he’s gonna call in and all the little art kids who work at MTV, and BET, are gonna pull for him and he gets marketing favors from that same community.
