man really, im not trying to hate but man, i dont see any substance in this guys music at all, just no content other than a high tempo wacky beat that makes kids want to go “H.A.M” to, theres just no message in it, all his songs sound the same, bleh idk.:P
i think what im trying to say is, lyrically soulja’s practically worthless,
all hes got is- energy, and making songs with catchy hooks, and even considering this song itself it sounds like the quality of even that sub-genre is going downhill

Soulja Boy is the single reason why hip hop died in 2006-07. He single handedly created the worst music genre movement, including the likes of Gucci Mane, Waka Flocka, Trey Songz and many others, by having success with a mediocre beat, some kind of swag and the shittiest lyrics. No substance, not even shock value. Same fkn subject matters time and time and time again. Money, hoes, rims, drugs, etc …
I have respect for the man’s hustle but I hate his guts for what he did to the hip hop industry…
You can’t ask Shady to go back to when he was the angry blonde at 26 years young. You can’t ask Hova to have the swag and hunger he had back when he was surviving in the Marcy projects. You can’t ask Nas to make another Illmatic at this stage of his career. You can’t ask Biggie and Pac, or Big L and Proof to come back from the dead. You can’t ask Snoop Dogg to erase the past 5 years of his career and make another Doggiestyle. You can’t ask Dr. Dre, at around 50, to make another classic album with Detox. You can’t ask YMCMB (even Drake) to be better than they actually can (making music for teenagers or immature adults)
