Jay-Z Renames New Jersey Nets

During this morning’s press conference at the Barclays Center, New Jersey Nets co-owner Jay-Z revealed to Fox 5 that the team will officially change their name to the Brooklyn Nets in 2012-13 season. Jimmy Henchmen Facing Gun Charges

Jimmy’s got himself a gun. The NY Post reports that additional gun charges were filed on Friday against Jimmy “Henchmen” Rosemond for possession of a Mac-11 sub-machine gun and a Ruger 9mm semi-automatic pistol. Under federal law, he could face 30 years.

Back in June, Jimmy plead not guilty in Brooklyn court shortly after he was apprehended by feds while on the run for cocaine conspiracy charges. Rosemond is currently at a NY detention center awaiting trial.
