only certain emcees will rap in interviews and only certain people will get them to spit. one being sway the other being ole boy across the pond i cant think of his name right now. pretty much those the only people who can get the elite emcees to spit.

When it’s pre-written it’s not a freestyle. I’m a fan of T.I. but there is not too many rappers out there can actually freestyle.

Who gives a shit if a rapper can freestyle or not? Some of the best rappers out prolly can’t actually freestyle for shit and that’s cuz what makes a rapper great is his ability to write meaningful lyrics and put em to music. I’ll take a well thought out verse over some random bullshit any day. Plus rappers don’t make no money off of freestyles anyway so why bother. Tips “Freestyle” was nice tho.
If this isn’t a sign that a rappers career is over, I don’t know what is. A rapper that doesn’t rap anymore is about as useless as a poopy flavored lollypop.
