Nas may not have the consistency in his catalog or the spotlight & money like Jay does…but when Nas performs at his highest level, he mops the floor with Jay’s ass as an MC. That’s all that really matters at the end of the day. To this day Jay doesn’t have a single album better than Nas 1st two albums…and if you took Nas 20 best songs vs. Jay’s 20 best songs, it’s even less of a contest.

The Nas & Jay-z comparisons are not necessary at this point in their careers, Nas & Jay are two great artists and they have both contributed to the strength/influence of hip hop! Whatever outside business these two men are involved in should have NO impact on their ability to create music. I’m sure that either are complaining about the success they have achieved at this point in their LEGACY!
