For years, Funkmaster Flex has aired out singer Olivia on Hot 97. But thanks to the magic of reality TV, they buried the hatchet. A portion of their conversation aired last night during the Love & Hip-Hop season finale, but here’s the full unedited version. Flex raises excellent points. Olivia sounds good as a singer, but her personality is terrible. I’ve been around her a few times and she’s not girly enough. Alicia Keys can get away with being a tomboy, because she makes HITS. Rick Ross can get away with being Police, because he makes hits. Drake can get away with being a cornball, because he makes hits. Wayne can get away with kissing Baby, because he makes hits. TI can get away with snitching, because he makes hits. The list is never ending, but if you have a character flaw and no hits you’ll end up like this broad pissed at DJ’s for dissing her music.

Yo honestly, I can’t stand Flex half the time anymore, but he on point here. I remember a few interviews, especially the one where Game came up there afterwards, in THAT interview, she was feeling herself real crazy!

Flex is such a broad. He’s very rude and he needs to get it together. Listen to how he’s talking to a woman; his vocab is so minimal that he can’t even hold a decent conversation without cursing. He’s so wack, and his interviewing skills are terrible. He makes it a point to ALWAYS overtalk his guests. They need to take him off the air. He sucks!

Respect to Flex for being a legend in the DJ game but he needs to slow down with all that big dog talk. His name isn’t what it used to be and honestly he probably has less than 5 years left up there at Hot 97. At some point the station has to fill that big of a time slot with someone who is a little closer to their prime demographic (18-34). Plus I agree with all the other comments about how Flex goes harder on females then anybody else. Olivia, Amber Rose, Christina Milian, Tahiry…the list goes on
